The base measures 9. The stand is good to hold the headset as well and the product has a good build/sturdiness. The metal bar that holds up the headset is sturdy.

That's good because i don't want to have to readjust the lens distance to use the headset again.

Takes about 2 hours to charge fully, and the controllers have about 5-6 hours of battery life. The indicator flashes orange when the controllers are charging, and turns solid blue when they are fully charged.
