Pros and Cons

Pros5

This pan heats up very fast and cooks so evenly. Can be used as a frying pan or a steamer. It heats evenly and cooks great.

Made in 5 qt is great for things like frying, a big batch of risotto, or a medium batch of soup. A traditionally larger saucier is probably better for a larger family or crowd if you’re doing something like a risotto. The rim flare out on this newer p...  Read More

The brushed smooth look is smooth without looking too modern or harsh. The quality of the pan is great. Looks classy too.

The corners of the pan are curved to allow for whisking or stirring things like risotto. The steepness of the curve in this regard overall is good. The narrowed bottom is good for sputtering and blooming spices.

Stainless steel cookware is much more durable and easy to care for than non-stick cookware. The pan is durable and can take a beating from all your utensils. This stainless pan from made in is heavy and feels like excellent quality.

A very solid and well built cookware. I have a very good older set of stainless steel pots with aluminum heat disks, but these surpass them. Aside from cast iron frypans and pot steamer inserts, this set is almost everything a home kitchen needs.

This one is quite a heavyweight pot. I use this mostly to cook asian ramen and it fits 3 bricks comfortably. The one lid on the 8 quart stockpot fits the 10 fry pan.

This pan is great for a beginner. It has a nice heft to it. It looks, feels and performs wonderfully.

Have them on display in my condo kitchen. Just make sure to have a really good grip on them. They appear in every way to embody every good thing the other reviewers wrote. That way my writing is not out of the new buyer high.

Cons1

Save your money, find a more reputable company. The one to the right is the one claiming to be 3 quarts.
