Very helpful after my liposuction, helps me flush fluid out. The reason why i bought this is because my lymph nodes are swollen at the moment.

Flavor is bearable. There's none of that awful grain alcohol, and the flavor is sweet and pleasant. Can't say alot.

The taste is absolutely horrendous. Possibly a allergic reaction.

Sometimes multiple times an hour. Drenching even just out doing my daily activities. It's magic in a bottle if you ask me. I only take one capsule a day (the recommended dosage is 2).

This stuff has yet to have any effect on my hot flashes whatsoever. No increase in energy or better mood or improvement in menopause symptoms. Didn't do anything but give me bad dreams.
