It's nice and sleek and doesn't take up too much space. Not many retailers this days care about customer’s satisfaction like them. Very much recommend compared to more expensive ones.

After 9 months the hose started leaking, i removed the hose, replace teflon and tightened up the hose. It continue leaking. The cheap plastic shatters where it connects to the toilet.

Water feels painful or very uncomfortable. Spray nozzles cannot be adjusted. They don’t want the raisers to be too sticky and ruin the seat. The water sprays, but not in the places you want it to.
