The bidet is working flawlessly. My hemorrhoids seem to finally be healing (swelling is reducing and burning/itching is all but gone) the design is good.

Hinge for cleaning makes all other bidets not worth the money. Use teflon tape on all the sink connections. Drill to to drill hole for hose to access hot water tap under sink.

Hot water in the bidet is really nice, but it definitely is tougher to make a reality. Line is nice and long but very curly even after keeping in warm water. This coupled with the luxe toilet seat is a must have.

Toilet seat is first rate too. They are very responsive and very helpful. Btw buying their toilet seat first includes a 20% off coupon for their bidet. Registering the product extends the warranty from 1.

There is no way to aim the nozzle, so if there are parts that you want clean that are not in the line of fire, you have to wiggle around on the seat. Hinge covers on bidet are too thick.

The warm water feature is useless unless your water heater is very close by. Next, the luxe bidet was billed to work with their toilet seat. Leaked from under the control unit.

Anyone who tells you this thing installs in a half hour is lying to you. Overall, disappointing. The only plus is that it is relatively easy to install and lift to clean but those things definitely don't outweigh the negatives.

Arrived very well packed and on time. In normal use this thing is awesome, but with today's sicknesses that are going around, this is a game changer. Bought my first one february of 2020, thank goodness for my great timing vs the global pandemic.

The lengthy part of this review is about installation. It’s super easy to install. Have not used bidet yet, installed in rv 5th.

Luxe's american standard is as common a toilet as you can get. This lip hits the top of the bidet housing no matter how much you try to adjust the seat. Same issue-leaking from behind the nut.

The bidet has gone into the trash. Would recommend against anyone else buying this cheap piece of garbage. The pressure control is useless. It's too late to return them, so now i have two useless bidets.

This is very deceiving. Words fail me how deeply i regret ordering this product. That’s disrespectful to hard working individuals.
