The light is not glaringly bright but i did have it on the lower setting. One thing i wish i had known is that the charger is a usb charger and doesn't come with the wall adapter. It ends up being a lovely little nightlight for the hallway.
The telescoping pole is super easy to adjust as the plant grows. This light is convenient for a single potted plant. You can put it anywhere in the house you want to without looking for a place to clamp it.
The cord is way long. The wire for this comes out of a part that bends.
Bulbs are very bright and give great coverage. It has full spectrum lighting which allows you to choose the right combo for your plants.
I'm too excited that they helped my mama plants give birth. The gardguard just seems significantly better, with thoughtful design touches and higher quality parts from the cord attachment.
Remote control allows you to run for 4, 6 or 12 hours, and control brightness. I leave it on for 12 hours a day and the brightness persists.
The wands are so flexible that i get full coverage of my plants. I believe the wattage is split between the heads, but it is easy to overlap their light for needier plants. The movable heads make it easy to direct and disperse the light!
The controller is easier to see/read. The timer with the light/brightness settings is easy to function. Super easy to assemble.
Maybe 25 watt incandescent equivalent output; 50 watt output is false. Three of my lights are already out and i only bought this in december of 2021. Don't know if the bulbs are burned out or what.
