The quality of the light they do produce is poor and looks more like that produced by a florescent bulb. They are dimmable but they start to flicker a lot! Save your money and get another brand.

This is the brightest i could find with acceptable brightness! Fast starter flip switch and bulb is on full brightness in seconds. Currently using in garage door openers with zero interference. Great for bathrooms and for reading.

bought 2-1/2 years ago to replace all the curly cfc lights in my house. The only downside is they are bigger than the “standard “ bulb as you can see in the photo included.
