The quality of the light they do produce is poor and looks more like that produced by a florescent bulb. They are dimmable but they start to flicker a lot! Save your money and get another brand.

The bulb i currently have for my small desk lamp uses e26 or e27 40w led bulbs and is 3 3/4 inch long. Wattage is 5. W, color is 5000k as it should be. Last longer than both cfl (compact fluorescents) and the old incandescent bulbs.

They seem to be lasting a long, long, time. Much cheaper to buy these bulbs in bulk from amazon and keep the excess for spares. Packed fine and in use.

The light emitted is pleasant, but 3 months? Color is completely off and the brightness in inaccurate. These start flickering or just plain not working after a few months of the exact type of use noted in the description. Burnt out in a week in a lamp...  Read More
