I am in my mid-seventies and it’s a godsend. Once woke up at 2am and felt it coming on and quickly took a dose of life tones.

The ingredients are made of 50% water. The rest of the time mixed with flavored water. I am pretty sure someone messed with this bottle, it doesn't look, smell or taste, anything like the ones i ordered directly from tones!

I recommend these supplements to anyone who has energy/sleep/ stiffness issues. Berg recommends increasing potassium to decrease insulin.

It dissolves just fine in filtered water from the fridge. It takes a bit of stirring, but it'll eventually all dissolve. Add all of the above to a blender and blend with 1/2 to 1 cup of ice.

No more cramping. The taste isn't great, but it blends very well. I workout often and find myself getting muscle cramps alot.
