The width was prefect; i have a problem finding 9w shoes. Plenty of room in the toe box. Will be ordering more.

The minute the sun comes out the fountain starts up immediately. It recycles the water keeping the algae under control. This is a replacement for the identical one i used for 2 yrs, which is wearing out.

The brighter the day, the higher the spray. It helps keep the water moving so it doesn't get all *. Wish it came with extra tubes - strawlike things that help keep fountain centered in birdbath.

Love, love, love this product. My only suggestion is to make sure you are using a deep/bucket like container. The birds seem to love to bath in this.

Idea is great but not functional even in high lighted area. Very cheaply made. About the size of a saucer.
