Two pills a day, sometimes 4. This is the only non prescription supplement that has helped. This stuff is a miracle * for me.

This stuff is perfect and i was pleasantly surprised! Huge cloud is lifted. Really impressed by this stuff. That is valuable in itself.

Took 1 pill and immediately got a tremendous headache. Also nauseating results. Really groggy, pounding headache. For those of us who have migraines or are headache prone, i recommend avoiding this particular supplement.

It's disgusting - like drinking thick, very concentrated liquid cigarette butts. It's black and literally smells like dirt.
