Subwoofer is noticeable but not overpowering. Bluetooth connectivity is good. Could have more volume.
Lg s65q sound bar and woofer works well with an lg oled tv. Supports e-arc and spdif/toslink optical connections. Great audio and video quality. Great value for lg.
Using optical, my tv controls the volume of the soundbar. It powers up automatically when the tv power is turned on. Then connect another hdmi arc type cable to your tv’s hdmi arc input/output.
Had to return item.
The sound quality is subpar even for the price but the real problem is the subwoofer. The atmos sound from netflix and appletv content is not a noticeable difference. The primary dialogue gets washed out with all the tinny background noise.
It has super crisp and clear dialog and fills my 400sqft den with immersive 5. Sound. It gets plenty loud, too. I have it paired with an lg c2 and an apple tv, and it happily powers on and off with the others.
It’s a complete set with sound bar, sub woofer, and rear surrounds. They aren’t flat, but instead the fronts are angled out for more dispersion. The sub is tall/narrow with a front port and side firing speaker.
The sound is pricey but in my opinion is totally worth it.
The sound is fine but the power supply died on the subwoofer 8 months after purchase. The wifi issue is real. The rear/sub speakers connectivity is absolutely abhorrent. There is a reason lg is down the list.
This soundbar system is only marginally better than my lg oled55cx internal speakers. Hdmi arc features stopped working after owning the soundbar for a month. The lag between audio and video is ridiculous.
Lg says reboot. The process of warranty is so cumbersome it seems they want you to quit. Lg was supposed to send me packaging to send back and never did.
The sub is no better. This is just pathetic.
