Warm color is my favorite color temp for a room that can get some daylight. Outwardly, the look is cool and can blend with most fixtures. The lighting is absolutely perfect, very warm color in an antique looking globe.

after installing the bulb no warm glow at all. As a result of not being a true amber light, it's much brighter than what i like a night light to be. Not good for use in light strings or candles.
