Customer service resolved the problem very quickly and respectfully. They are long lasting and great for sensitive skin. Very well packaged too.

No pistachio notes, no caramel and no vanilla. Is powdery and light. Try skylars vanilla sky. Much more vanilla-ey.

It smells more like clorox wipes, the lemon scented one too. A musky alcohol scent. Too heavy, too sweet nauseating smell.

The scent quickly dissipates and you are left with no scent at all. Smell is not warm or spicy, had no presence like you would think of as a chai smell.

This item isn't eligible for return. Items containing flammable liquids or gases can’t be returned to amazon. It's ok to ship it, but won't let me return it.

This fragrance is not overly flowery and not overpowering. Long lasting power, stays on clothes for up to 2 weeks or until you v wash it. Comes in two 1-2 amp and 2-3 amp.

Do not buy fragrance from amazon or beauty canary. They do nothing to help you if your dissatisfied with the product. The real one has a pinkish hue, this one is orange-ish yellow.
