This led light has adjustable brightness settings. It sits on a tripod & the light has a flexible neck. The height is adjustable, and has a tripod stand.
This light is worthy of a positive rating. My plants love it and i can adjust the lighting high or low, and choose the colors.

The telescoping ability is perfect for individual plants. You can make the light brighter or dimmer.
They have a sturdy, telescoping rod that's easy to adjust. Great value for the product, and a bonus for aesthetics.
These are just glorified light bulbs. Don't buy. The florescent lamps are much better than grow lights. Returning for full refund.
It seems to be a reoccurring problem with the adapters quitting or malfunctioning. It looks like there may have been a short in the adapter, causing it to get too hot and melt the adapter in places.
