The 200mg dose is a great dose for adults, and the quality of this product is good. These are quite easy to * as they are smaller than many others. I take multiple capsules at a time, which doesn't seem to be a problem.

These do exactly what they're supposed to do. They have a very calming effect over me. It also helps with anxiety during the next day and has many medicinal qualities, such as supporting alzheimer's. Also improves my mood and gives me a sense of joy.

This is definitley the best tasting bcaa powder that i have ever used. It's a good workout powder and it's easy to mix. Mixing 2 of the included scoops of powder in my gym bottle easily gets me through a hour gym session.
