Nicely padded. Means i can help him when his 50 lbs of condensed heeler body collapses in the middle of the street.

English bulldog loves it and gets mad when i go to take it off after a walk. Bought it for a large breed 35lb puppy. My pup pretty much pulls my shoulder out of place every time we go outside.

The leash on the other hand is a fail. Doesn't matter how snug i make the strap, it becomes loose everytime my dog wears it. His girth is 18 inches.

While better constructed, this same issue happens with this harness.
