I'm really pleased with it and it gives off such a cosy light which is what i wanted as this is the lamp in our nursery. With the fan on in my office, the feathers move ever so slightly, reminding me of palm fronds in a summer breeze.
Looks great on our copper coffee table. It has vibrant colors without being gaudy. Smaller than i imagined it to be but it is just perfect.
The glass bulb is very pretty. Beautiful, wish it was a little brighter. One inside and 5 outside on tables around the pool. It looks perfect on my patio.
First a wear cotton gloves while assembling. They are the best for the price, easy to assemble, and i love that they are battery, no messy cord just a switch.
It's indeed a bummer to see the battery compartment underneath it if you're displaying it overhead, but that's not an issue here. It's great for a place that don't have an outlet.
New batteries only lasted about 3 days before dimming down. They claim that this is an led fixture in the description. If so, why the unmanageable battery fiasco?
