Heavy duty, well padded, very adjustable. Has an adjustable strap that goes between her two front paws. It has tons of buckles and adjustment slides.

The nylon construction has reflective tape stitched in that really lights up. It is reflective for at night. The harness stays on and is mostly well made.

Sizing is as described and quality is great. It fits perfectly.

Sizing chart was not accurate. Couldn't get the buckle done. Returned them both.
