The magnet is weak and as such, it becomes disconnected from the headphones too easily. The big problem with it is it doesn't always stay connected to my shokz openrun pro headphones.

Headset fits comfortably on head and ears. The earpiece is soft and comfortable.

The microphone is quite good. Noise cancelling works really well and the audio quality is very clear.

Noise canceling is great, evens cuts out the sound of a printer right next to me. Just go for it.

The charging cradle is a bit fiddly, but workable. The charging base is nice and works flawlessly. Plantronics is the only choice.

Amazon says they will refund or replace broken or defective items. During warranty complained many times. Just after warranty expires.

What a scam. That makes no sense and i am out of $130! Ended up returning this item. Should had known better than to pay 1/2 of the retail price.
