All you need to do is crush it with your teeth and brush your teeth as usual. Once you start brushing they really foam up. The flavor is minty and they foam up pretty good when using a sonic toothbrush.

These work nicely. Great flavor and cleaning. They work as expected and the flavor is nice. Overall, this is pretty awesome!

Not overpowering and still refreshing. Brings a little tear to your eyes. And this is where things take a little dip in the ratings.

The cotton that was packed in the tin was all separated and all over the toothpaste tablets. They are unusable. It's very painful.

Glass jar (substantial thickness but not heavy) easily recyclable, great product. No refill packs available, so you have to buy jar after jar with plastic lids. These also contain fluoride, which was important to me.

Lighter than a small tube, and easy to detrrmine how much to carry. They are light, no waste, and no tube. It is so nice not having to deal with the end of the tube having residue or trying to squeeze out what little remains.

The label on the package is laughable if not an outright lie. Comes in a plastic bubble mailer and the glass bottle is too small to recycle. Tastes like an expired tums that your grandma finds in the back of her medicine cabinet.
