Easy to set up. Easy to use. It easily folds up. The plastic frame connectors are ingeniously designed to prevent the unit from falling apart. It also doubles as a closet.

It saves me a lot of money compared to going to a laundromat! It still comes out wrinkled like it would on a line, but i can now dry my towels in 2 hours instead of 2 days. Clothes typically come out wrinkle free.

Kasydoff sent me a brand new dryer unit within two days. The company was thoughtful and quick to respond.

Reviewer says it takes too long to dry clothes. It's those flimsy poles you'd get in a walmart-put-together-thing. Parts were mixed up. Great for drying delicates - right up until it started blowing only cold air.

Easy to put together and comes with drywall anchors for install. Had to search but there is an installation video on the amazon product page in the pics section. Had a few reservations upon receiving this in the box.

The drying rack is missing the metal supports that hold the drying rack up. The part that props the stand isn't manufactured correctly. This results in the prop not sitting correctly in the slots on the wall.

The rack is something like 28 wide-shouldn't the design be at least 32 to span two studs so you can get a solid anchor? Either i couldn't decipher the directions correctly or i was sent two left or right-sided brackets.
