All of the straps are fully adjustable with metal components that feel pretty solid and unlikely to break. The straps are much easier to figure out than they look in the picture lol.

We have a small bathroom that was fogging up really badly. But dang, it's quiet and really * in air. Even at full 110 cu ft/min, it is incredibly quiet.

Installed as part of total house renovation 7 years ago. Comes with ez bracket although i am not sure if it is really easy.

The only weird thing is that it doesn't come on right away when you flip the switch. It takes about 15 seconds to start up. There’s a delay, and starts quieter than it ends up, but still very quiet.

The recommended air changes per hour for a bathroom fan is 8 ach. Condensation happens when warm moist air contacts a cold surface.

The sheetmetal enclosure and * are very very thin. The mounting bracket is flimsy.

Please do not buy this fan. This is unacceptable.
