Outlets are nicely spaced. Construction feels solid and sturdy. Only real negatives are that the outlets are not spaced such that two wall wart power supplies can fit side-by-side.

Live the flat plug. Small foot print on my night stand, everything gets plugged in. Extra wire length drapes off behind the nightstand.
