The wrist strap is also not adjustable so you can not tighten it on your wrist. Spend the money on the catalyst floating iphone lanyard instead of this one.

This keeps any extra weight on my shoulders rather than my nec. Clips on binos are a female on one side and a male on the other side. One hand usage is nice when your also holding up a gun or crossbow.
