Sturdy and can be gripped. Used for a waterproof camera on a high adventure canoe trip by my son. It floats and there's nothing more important than that.

It’s comfortable and easy to install. These are comfortable on my wrist, and very lightweight. Just as advertised.

The wrist strap is also not adjustable so you can not tighten it on your wrist. One lanyard doesn't support the weight of an iphone 11 pro max, it sinks. Did not float in the ocean while paddling boarding.

This keeps any extra weight on my shoulders rather than my nec. Clips on binos are a female on one side and a male on the other side. One hand usage is nice when your also holding up a gun or crossbow.
