The video quality difference between composite (the old yellow video cable and red-white sound) and the vga to hdmi is very noticeable. No lag that i noticed.

Color is vivid and accurate. Color is brighter than the pound cable and easier to see. The colors are vibrant and the * are black!

Still ecstatic at the improved quality using this adapter. Video quality is good2. Plus a solid upgrade to the sound quality. But for 95%+ of the library, enjoy the hd goodness.

This budget vga adapter is pretty overpriced at $32. It compresses the * out of your tv's hdmi output and makes everything look pretty blurry and pixelated.
