It comes with a drill guide, erich is nice. Instructions aren't great but you'll figure it out. Use template and pre drill holes. Some notes on the instructions.

Snug everything up so the lever & wheel fittings move smoothly. Double check the vertical position of the bracket from the floor before installing.

Very saggy and just don't do the job. Paint on the provided parts also scratches/flakes easily. All four assemblies are being boxed up and returned to amazon for a full full refund.
