One of the tubes only half works also. However, it is not intrinsically safe. Do not recommend purchasing.

These lights are perfect for our pendant lights over our kitchen island. They are bright without being overwhelming. These bulbs are a nice combination or in-between color of daylight and warm white.

This light colour is the same mid 70s florescent bulbs. Not much better than a 60 incandescent bulb. Will return one bulb.

They only work at very very low power. At full or even mid brightness the flicker really badly. They start to flicker after a few days.
