One of the tubes only half works also. However, it is not intrinsically safe. Do not recommend purchasing.

If you dim them they flicker. Majority of bulbs start flickering and then fail after just a few months of noncontinuous usage.

About a month past the return cutoff date. There is no way to contact the seller for the warranty. No way to claim warranty either on a post say 3 yrs. Did not last a year.
