Amazon will do nothing to help you if you receive a defected or damaged product. I am not even sure if i will get a refund since return is so difficult.

This is sturdy, easy to fold and light weight. Makes folding clothes easier for me because i fold them as i take them off the rack.

The rods are flimsy and cannot take wet heavy clothes. Would not recommend. Went into garbage.
