My disappointment with this purchase is substantial. What a hassle. Poor customer service especially when it comes to their return policy.

This is a work phone but it is very inconvenient to get thins unblocked. The description says unlocked for all carriers, totally not true. It goes into sos mode repeatedly when there's no wifi.

Battery life seems to be pretty decent, not as good as my s10e. Only thing is the battery is not very powerful, but is acceptable. Camera is above average as well.

By week five, it freezes and reboots every couple of minutes. Will not charge and will not boot.
