Wd black external ssd is plug-n-play with the xbox console. Works great with steam on my gaming pc. For a gamer it's fine - and a good price.

My benchmarks speeds are shown in the attached photo. This drive mitigates some of the waiting time. Still, i notice the speed difference this drive delivers.

This portable ssd takes advantage of new bus speeds by delivering access speeds of up to 900mb/s. It varies between 100 to 200 mb/s and can transfer a ton of files in no time. D30 remains cool-to-touch during lengthy transfers.

It has long rubber feet spanning the base of the card.

It's large enough that i am disinclined to toss it into my laptop bag. Small but a little chunky (should be durable) works fine. It has some decent weight to it, which helps keep it from sliding around.

This drive can not be formatted to store games. Only works for the ps4 and xbox series x. Will not be buying this brand again. If i buy an hdd, it is much better than this option.
