Ashwagandha is a nightshade. I thank god every day for the naturopath who told me about it. This is the only hpa adapt and brand that my holistic doctor recommends.

The green is so potent that i had to start with 1/2 teaspoon and work my way up. The powder is super * by itself, but when mixed with orange juice it is delicious. Comes with a smoothie cup that can go on the blade.

The green formula (along with the vitamin c) is the best product ever. It's organic and has no fillers. They are clean and sourced from all over the world. Includes chlorella & moringa!

And the price is ridiculous. Gave this about a month and nothing good to report.
