Newer model seems to come to pressure quicker. Don’t need to play around with pressure knob anymore. Theirs looks and feel cheaper compare to this.

The base lid lip is easier to clean on the pro version. The steam diffuser cap is removable for cleaning.

And now this one is a dud. Contacted support with no response. Do not recommend.

It’s junk huge and clunky tastes nothing like fried. Takes forever to air dry anything and doesn’t save any time as compared to convection oven. The lid is a royal pain to get on correctly and once it is on it is less than joyful to use.

Easy to use and clean. Does an excellent job on all operations. An excellent way to do business.
