The truth is this is a knock off of the beautifully made one on etsy.
Wonderful packaging. It's pretty with the pink trim and almost like my last one.
This waist trimmer is of the poorest quality. The customer service is not very good when i explain the problem.
The neoprene on this trainer is really thin and when stretched, the support area eventually conforms to a very small area. The support is below average and does not compress my waist and back that much. Does not appear to support or be comfortable.
