Truncale works very well and helps alieve the pain. I use it mostly for my calves and quads that get tight after running. I just roll it along the stiff muscle and its ribbed rollers reveal places i didn't know were stiff and relieves the stiffness.

Opened it and there was mold all over it. Almost seems as if it had mold.
