These casters have ball bearings in the swivel area as well as the wheels. Im sure they will not last long being outdoors, but look they would last for a long time indoors.

Includes 16 flat hex bolts, nuts and included wrench for through-hole installs. Comes with a sad, little screwdriver, and a facsimile of a wrench. Nice that they included both bolts/nuts and a set of heavy screws to allow options for attaching.

They are well made and finished, and have a very hefty feel. They perform very well with minimal exertion, even when using one hand. They are also very durable and can handle heavy loads.

The wheels roll freely and the caster swivel smoothly. What i've liked best about them is that they lock both rolling and rotating. Everything rolls smoothly.

Wheel and pivot work freely. Can go over small bumps and pebbles. Lock in unison.

The metal construction is cheap but adequate and the wheel has a high-hardness polyurethane tire that is perfect to roll smoothly on any heavy workbench or other mobile furniture, rack, etc.
