Replaced broken wheel on rolling flower stand. Locking wheels make it stationary when needed, mobile when necessary.

They are very sturdy and swivel easily and smoothly. I'm really impressed with how well they glide and maneuver. They're super low profile and glide wonderfully on concrete.

To lock isn't difficult, can't do it with your bare feet though. It is a little hard to unlock, but i just have my fiance do it. Dual locking system is the only way to go.
