It’s not quality material and cheaply made. Monogram is a piece of velcro. I have a full blood maltese and went with what they suggested, but it was way too big.
It is not constrictive on her belly yet it is holding her in safely. There are buckles on both sides of the harness, so you can undo both sides and slip it on over the head. The strap around her tummy keeps her from doing this.
It is not. Not worth the money.
