It’s not quality material and cheaply made. Monogram is a piece of velcro. I have a full blood maltese and went with what they suggested, but it was way too big.

Stella is a 20 pound bichon frise. It fits nicely and is easy to adjust. The leash is nicely padded and easy on the hands.
