Holiday Fever Family Board Game ... vs Catan: Junior

The rules are borderline ridiculous but that's exactly what kept us so entertained. The game itself is really well thought-out as you play through you prepare and then ultimately rush toward christmas.

This game is perfect for introducing your son to board games. It's setting the stage for him to grow into other more mature games. My 5-year-old son loves this game.

Catan is a simplified version of the classic game. The game goes quicker and you can build on every turn instead of waiting several turns to get what you need in the regular catan games. Good intro for catan for kids.

It’s a quick game, but very engaging! Very fun family game. It is challenging and fun for all. Very nice and entertaining game.

The game board is extremely flawed. It is not possible for any one player to place 7 hideouts. It's probably a better game to remove the ghost pirate.
