The shorter style is easier to attach to my belt when i'm walking the dogs. Great lite, swivel head make it easierto use, around outside and inside. Long life battery.
The magnet and adhesive are not strong enough to hold the lights without them falling down. Cheap, motion sensing is inconsistent.
