Taking 2-3 times the suggested dose also has no palpable effect towards purported claims. This batch is so * that i can't even use it.

It's as though it reduced (practically erased) not only my cravings, but my compulsion. Took two more at lunchtime and still no craving. My hubby says it helps him not to crave alcohol that much.
