The opening where the air flows out is just right for styling my hair. I love the slim, easy to store design of this blow dryer.

There is air leaking from where the cord connects to the base of the handle. After owning several blow dryers in my lifetime, i do not think this is normal.

It only blows cold air. This is the worst hairdryer i have ever used. I believe that their product is an inferior design and inferior customer service.
