Customer service was excellent, with the new product arriving right away. Timer works perfectly; i’m impressed! It’s fine by me because it seems to be working but others may need to keep that in mind if you have a strict schedule for that.

The light is great for my small potted plants. This is a great grow light if you want to augment light that plants are already receiving.

It can be connected to usb ports to use with a charging brick or some other usb charging port. Comes with a brick to connect the usb connector so we can connect it to a normal wall plug. I definitely recommend having it connected to a wall socket.

It's leaves are a healthy dark green, it's sprouting new leaves and branches everywhere! I have a 17 year old fern thats been clinging to life for 16 years.

The light is bright without glare. Different brightness levels also. One in pic is 2nd before brightest.

The stake pole itself is incredibly weak and unable to stand even in a deep and packed pot. This design flaw causes the light fixture to come off when adjusting the pole’s height or inserting device into soil.

The lights all connect together on 1 convenient timer plug (16 hours on, 8 hours off) they’re so easy to connect several in or manually switch off. I have them plugged into a smart timer to keep them on overnight.

They all survived, so they're a bit studier than their very light (not-heavy) construction suggests. I use for semi mature plants and have them about 12 inches from the top of the pots and my plants are thriving underneath them.

Some bulbs only give off 1000 lumens. It takes 8-10 of theese (80-100watts) to replace 2 t5s. This is not what the par value is average across a canopy using all 8 lights.

It is entirely aggravating. Can't return them. Absolutely frustrating. This is not acceptable. Too much hassle to return.
