Gurmar is a welcome addition to the few supplements i take. Me agrada que es muy fácil de tragar y no tiene ningùn mal sabor.
Really works at knocking down sugar in blood. Higher concentration mostly merits the price. Very pleasant however.
Easy to * capsule. I take 300mg of dim daily (one of these capsules + i take a healthy skin packet which includes an additional 150 mg of d im) i take this product with other subsequent suplements, it's great!
It is painful and noticeable. Don't do anything.
