Seems to have helped in lowering my cholesterol in doc visits. It seems like it will help, and i'm hopeful!

The blend has everything in it but the kitchen sink for keeping blood sugar in check. Funny thing is- is that i didn't realize how much my blood sugar ups and downs were effecting my mood! Nothing to dislike about this product.
