It works great. I'm not sure what it is but the functionality is great nonetheless. Seems to work well & it's cute!

I have this plant light in a giant potted aloe that has to be moved inside for the winter. It is very easy to use and the size was just what i was needing. I like that they have a usb plug and the cords are plenty long.

Problem is the pole. It swivels all around, can't stabilize the lights position. The pole is a poor design, extremely cheap.

The big problem is the chintzy power adapter. Every time the power craps out, i have to get up early to reset the lights.
