I love the feel of them in my hand, and love how nice they are to use. But it is well made so i didn't want to completely ding it. Love this non-coated 1. Qt. Cost is reasonable and it lasts and lasts.

This is probably my most used pan thanks to my kids' love of boxed macaroni and cheese. It is also stainless steel which is a must for people that preserve their food by canning. Not flimsy, very nice quality metal.

All of this line is great, sleek and reliable, and easy to clean. Soak with dawn soap then rinse with bar keepers friend. Comes out of the dishwasher looking like new!

Cuisinart is just a name now,my opinion. The product listing for this pan claims it is 18/10 stainless which i highly doubt for a few reasons. The packaging and insert for the pan makes zero reference to 18-10.
