I like everything else about this cookware, but the 14” disappoints because the surface of the pan is uneven. Horrible non stick performance. Strange that this product does not get flagged to be corrected by amazon.

Fine piece of cookware. Perfect size, good looking, heats evenly. Great quality hard anodized sauce pan.
